It's been a few months since everyone "Ventured Out" for our last event of friends and fun. But like a catterpillar in a cocoon, our social group has been busy undergoing a transformation. Get ready for a fresh new calendar filled with fun events and friends.
We'll be sending out emails soon to let you know what's planned. It'll be the best of the group that so many have come to know and love for great social events for the gay community...with a new fresh look and team. Get ready to getOut!

After four years of running Venture Out, the time has come for me to step aside and let someone else- or a team of people- run this special community organization. Increasing personal and professional commitments have eaten into the five hours each week I spend on this all-volunteer group.
It is my hope that my reduced role will not be the end of Venture Out. If you have the interest, ability, time and commitment to run this organization of events, activities and social venues for the GLBT community, let's talk! Plus, if you are looking for a business opportunity and a source of steady revenue, Venture Out holds enormous untapped potential.
Venture Out's website will remain operational, and will allow registered members to easily post/publicize events. We may occassionally send an email about an activity (bowling) or party.
